Living room has a modern black leather couch, chair, and ottoman. High speed internet and cable are provided; just bring your own laptop. The bedrooms offer sleek black platform beds with queen memory foam mattresses and a pair of sleek nightstands. The contemporary glass dining table sits four people on four comfortable white leather chairs. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances including dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and washer/dryer. Dishes, pots, pans, and linens are also available. The bathroom features a brand new bathtub, toilet, and vanity. Just bring your toothbrush and enjoy your vacation!

Vacation Rental Rates and Reservations

Please note, both units are the same size, 2BR 1BA and are identical, except the furniture. Unit 103A is called "Moderno" has a modern European flavour, while unit 103B "Rustico" is more rustic, old Florida beach style.

St. Augustine, as the nation's oldest city, attracts thousands of tourists with its charm. Personally my experience of this area has been fantastic and you really should look to travel here. I often go on a surfing vacation which makes it all the better for me but the family just come and enjoy the history of the area and the fantastic Floridian beaches.

My friends and I really enjoyed our trip to St Augustine. This trip for us was well overdue. I definitely would love to come back in the future with my family. The house that we stayed at was very clean and cozy and perfect and I just want to let you know that you guys did an excellent job!

I stayed at 103b injune 2010 and loved it. This is so much better than any hotel. I would recommend this condo to anyone! We are now planning another trip to St.Augustine and we will be staying here again......

Great place to stay; very true to the pictures. The wireless internet made it so nice to stay in touch while we were on vacation and the desks in the bedrooms made a great place to work ... but who really 'works' on vacation??!! Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room made it feel even more like being at home. Kitchen was well stocked and very modern. Making the reservation was a breeze and I received a very prompt response from the owner (Sergei). We were dodging Tropical Storm Fay and Sergei was so great to work with us on adjusting our days to get the most out of our trip. Staying at this property is SO much better than a hotel; we will definitely recommend this place to our friends & family and hope to return again! Even though there are restaurants in the area - it was very quiet at night. It's about a city block (easy) walk to the beautiful St. Augustine beach .... one of my favorite places to be!
